而另一邊，叔叔用電動攪蛋器把蛋清攪成沫，而後，把之前攪好的那個雞蛋糊倒進沫里，讓我一刻都不能停的攪，不然就會變成水做不了蛋糕了。攪了10分鍾後，我問他：「叔叔，你看這樣性不行了？他只看了一眼，就說：「行了。」。他把糊們倒進容器里。然後狠狠地往桌上一摔，我被他嚇呆了，問他：「干嗎要摔啊？」「因為要把氣泡摔出來啊！摔完了後，他把手握成四的樣子說：「要等40分鍾才能出爐哦！10分鍾，20分鍾，30分鍾，40分鍾整整等了40分鍾我才聽到「滴」地的一聲。叔叔來了，他把蛋糕放在冰箱里就走了。又過了5分鍾，叔叔才把蛋糕拿出來。他拿起刀把蛋糕弄出來，又把烤糊的一部分切下來讓我品嘗。呀！怎麼這么好吃啊？我開始佩服起我自己來了。第一次做蛋糕就做得如此好吃，我多有做蛋糕的天賦呀，正當我飄飄然的時候叔叔來了。他拿出一把抹奶油的刀來，讓我把兩層抹滿。抹完後，他又拿出一支竹簽來，用這個竹簽在奶油上設計個圖案吧。我畫了個小兔寶寶。然後，用巧克力把畫的線條塗滿。我聽話的照做了。好了，這個奶油蛋糕就算是出籠了。
