材料(7寸蛋糕模):
消化餅干 100克
無鹽奶油 40克 butter 牛油

做法:

把模子放入冷凍庫里待用
2)吉利丁加水後隔熱水溶化
3)用打蛋器把奶油乳酪打成膏狀,以序加入砂糖,蛋黃,酸奶油,鮮奶油,
rum和步驟2里的吉利丁,每次加入都要攪勻
4)取出冷凍庫里的模子,在周圍擺上草莓或者是其他自己喜歡的水果,
最後把在步驟(3)里的調和完成的乳酪餡倒入模子,放入冷藏庫3小時即可食用

附加提示:
有沒有把吉利丁加水後隔熱水溶化?一定要完全融化哦(像水一樣)!把融化好的吉利丁加入麵糊時就要快速攪拌!當吉利丁變得一塊塊時就失敗了!!吉利丁自個兒結成塊,那麼cheese的部分就含過少的吉利丁,所以就不會凝固啦!!!
